Founding Attorney

Will Small has more than a decade of experience practicing law, primarily focused on civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout California. With clients ranging from large corporations to budding entrepreneurs, Will handles litigation and counseling related to business, employment, professional liability and other matters. Beginning with careful, collaborative goal setting, Will uses his skills and experience to deliver the targeted results his clients need to solve their legal problems, whether through aggressive litigation at trial or negotiated resolution.

Prior to founding Small Law PC, Will was a senior attorney with a large national law firm. Will believes his clients deserve an attorney with the necessary skills and experience, but, more importantly, they deserve an attorney they can trust. His practice is based on core values of transparency, honesty, and mutual respect. He prides himself on giving all his clients the one-on-one attention and responsiveness they deserve, while still delivering legal services with the same skill and quality as a large firm.

When away from his desk (or phone, or laptop), Will can be found out on the sunny San Diego golf courses, enjoying a run, or cheering on the UNC Tar Heels from a comfortable chair. But mostly, he loves spending time with his wife, two daughters, and disobedient Corgi in their Point Loma home.
